Roger Pavey is the Executive Director of Western Illinois Regional Council (WIRC). He has thirty years of nonprofit leadership experience, and was the Chief Executive Officer of Community Action of Eastern Iowa for twenty years before accepting his position at WIRC in 2022. As Executive Director of WIRC, Roger oversees planning and technical assistance for a six rural western Illinois counties. Roger serves on the Hunger Collaborative Advisory Board and is the Treasurer of the Illinois Association of Community Action Agencies Board of Directors.
